For these Medicare Advantage plans in Arizona, CignaforHCP.com offers access to eligibility, benefit details, claim status, and the ability to submit authorization requests online. If you are not already registered, go to CignaforHCP.com and click on the Register button. Beginning January 1, 2024, Claimstat will not have the most up-to-date information for these plans, and information will no longer be available after March 31, 2024. CignaforHCP.com will have two years of historical data available.
